BENGHAZI, LIBYA – November 6, 2025 – Dolphin Libya Oil Services, in partnership with GFD Plastic Pipe Industry Group, concluded a highly successful participation at the 5th Benghazi International Oil & Gas Expo (November 3-6, 2025),   showcasing innovative pipeline solutions tailored to Libya’s booming energy sector and reinforcing its role as a trusted local partner.

Held at Benghazi International Exhibition Center, the expo served as a pivotal platform for Libya’s energy industry—where the nation, home to Africa’s largest oil reserves and significant gas resources, is targeting 3 million barrels of daily oil production and 10 GW of power capacity by 2028. Against this backdrop, Dolphin Libya and GFD presented Reinforced Thermoplastic Pipes (RTP) and distribution solutions designed to meet the sector’s growing demand for durable, cost-effective infrastructure.

“Libya’s energy revival demands reliable, locally accessible solutions—and our partnership with GFD delivers exactly that,” said a spokesperson for Dolphin Libya. “At the expo, we connected with NOC (National Oil Corporation) representatives, international operators, and regional stakeholders to demonstrate how our RTP systems reduce installation time, enhance operational safety, and align with Libya’s sustainability goals.”

The booth, branded with Dolphin Libya’s signature blue-and-white identity, featured interactive displays of GFD’s pipeline products, including field applications in Libya’s oil fields and distribution networks. Attendees engaged in one-on-one consultations with Dolphin Libya’s local team, highlighting the value of on-the-ground expertise in navigating Libya’s unique logistical and regulatory landscape.

As Libya accelerates infrastructure modernization, Dolphin Libya’s role as GFD’s exclusive agent underscores a commitment to local empowerment: the partnership combines global manufacturing standards with in-country support, ensuring timely delivery and maintenance for projects across Libya’s Oil Crescent, western, and southern regions.

“Our presence at this expo is more than showcasing products—it’s about building long-term trust,” added the spokesperson. “We’re proud to be part of Libya’s energy future, delivering solutions that drive growth by Libyans, for Libyans.”
