Product Features:
3PE Anti-Corrosion

The external wall of the pipe adopts a 3PE anti-corrosion form. The bottom layer is epoxy powder, the middle layer is hot-melt adhesive, and the outer layer is covered with polyethylene. The three materials are integrated into one and firmly combined with the steel pipe to form an excellent anti-corrosion layer with high impact resistance, easy cleaning, and a long service life.

High-Strength Wear-Resistant, Impact-Resistant, and High-Pressure Inner Lining Layer

The entire UHMWPE pipe is processed with a special technology and lined inside the steel pipe. Therefore, the pipe has high-strength wear resistance, compressive strength, and aging resistance, as well as stronger load-bearing capacity. Its wear resistance is eight times that of steel. It will not experience the delamination, shrinkage, or cracking of the inner lining layer that is common in ordinary coated steel pipes, significantly extending the service life of the pipeline.

Ultra-High Corrosion Resistance and Self-Lubrication

The UHMWPE pipe, used as the inner lining layer, has a low friction coefficient with the medium, strong conveying capacity, and can reduce the flow resistance of the medium inside the pipe, improving conveying efficiency. It combines the high corrosion resistance of plastic pipes and solves the problem of easy delamination and anti-corrosion failure in ordinary coated steel pipes.

Full Corrosion Protection of the Pipeline

A special joint treatment process ensures that the pipe end strength is higher than that of the pipe material, completely preventing contact between the steel pipe and the medium, achieving full corrosion protection of the pipeline.

Pipeline Advantages

It effectively solves the problem of easy peeling and damage of other anti-corrosion coating processes, enhances the wear resistance of composite pipes, and significantly extends the service life of pipes used in underground environments, especially those that need to be repeatedly disassembled. The service life is more than ten times that of ordinary coated composite steel pipes, and permanent pipelines can be maintenance-free for life.

Inner Wall Anti-Corrosion —— Ultra-High Molecular Weight Polyethylene

Advantages of the Pipeline's Inner Wall with UHMWPE

The entire UHMWPE pipe is processed with a special technology and lined inside the steel pipe. The pipeline has high impact resistance, pressure-bearing capacity, and stronger load-bearing ability. It will not experience the delamination, shrinkage, or cracking of the inner lining layer that is common in ordinary coated steel pipes.

The UHMWPE lining tube has ultra-high corrosion resistance and self-lubrication. It can reduce the flow resistance of the medium inside the pipe, improve conveying efficiency, and has extremely strong wear resistance, eight times that of steel. It prevents the coating from being scratched by hard impurities such as sand and gravel inside the steel pipe, which would reduce the anti-corrosion effect.

A special joint treatment process ensures that the pipe end strength is higher than that of the pipe material itself, completely preventing contact between the steel pipe and the medium, achieving full corrosion protection of the pipeline.

External 3PE Anti-Corrosion Advantages

After long-term application verification, 3PE anti-corrosion has proven to be the most excellent anti-corrosion structure at present.

The external wall of the pipe adopts a 3PE anti-corrosion form. The bottom layer is epoxy powder, the middle layer is hot-melt adhesive, and the outer layer is covered with polyethylene. The three materials are integrated into one and firmly combined with the steel pipe to form an excellent anti-corrosion layer.

It has excellent anti-corrosion performance, low water absorption rate, and high mechanical strength. The service life can reach over 50 years.

In underground coal mine environments, it can avoid the corrosion of steel pipes caused by the peeling of coatings due to impacts, which reduces the safety factor and service life of ordinary coated composite steel pipes. The use of high-density polyethylene resin, which is flexible, impact-resistant, and tear-resistant, prevents large-scale coating peeling. It also does not produce sparks when struck by falling rocks or external impacts underground, adding a necessary condition for safe production underground.

The coating thickness of ordinary composite steel pipes is only 0.3 mm, while the external anti-corrosion layer of this product can reach 2–5 mm and has certain elasticity, effectively preventing mechanical damage.

It combines the advantages of HDPE and fusion-bonded epoxy powder, with strong adhesion, low water absorption rate, resistance to water, acid and alkali corrosion, aging, impact, flexibility, strong resistance to cathodic stripping, and excellent mechanical properties.
